Welcome to White Cliffs Chiropractic. These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which we provide our services. By booking an appointment or attending the clinic, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
We kindly ask that you:

Arrive 5 minutes for follow-up appointments

if you have not completed the online new patient form, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time to complete this.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.
2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that plans can change.
We have a 24 hours’ notice policy if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee

Missed appointments may also be charged
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.
3. Fees & Payment
Our fees will be clearly communicated prior to care.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed

We accept debit & Credit cards, as well as cash payments

Deposits may be required for certain bookings and are processed securely
4. Deposits
Where a deposit is taken:

It will be deducted from the cost of your appointment

Deposits may be non-refundable if insufficient notice is given
Full details will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Clinical Care
Chiropractic care is tailored to the individual and based on clinical findings.

Recommendations are made in your best interest based on your assessment

Outcomes vary from person to person

We do not guarantee specific results
If you have any questions about your care, we encourage you to discuss them with your chiropractor.
6. Patient Responsibility
To support safe and effective care, we ask that you:

Provide accurate and complete health information

Inform us of any changes in your health

Follow advice and recommendations given
7. Children & Consent
For patients under 16:

A parent or guardian must provide consent

A responsible adult may be required to attend appointments
8. Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of care.
If you have any concerns, please contact us directly so we can address them promptly and appropriately.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
